About this gathering.
Flavour & Pairing Night is our most ambitious format — a chef and sommelier in conversation across five courses, hosted in a private Miami loft. Each course is introduced by the chef, each pairing introduced by the sommelier, and the conversation between them becomes part of the meal.
Seasonal South Florida ingredients meet global techniques. Natural and low-intervention wines lead the pairings, with a non-alcoholic pairing flight available for any guest who'd like one.
Twenty seats around two long tables. Intimate enough to ask questions, generous enough to feel like a feast.
