Flavour & Pairing Night: A Chef‑Sommelier Collaboration

An intimate, chef‑led dinner in a private loft or art‑gallery space (not a restaurant) with limited seats to encourage conversation. A local chef will prepare a multi‑course meal featuring South‑Florida and global flavors, and a certified sommelier will pour and explain each wine pairing.

Each course is introduced with a short talk about why the pairing works, allowing guests to learn while they socialize. This format aligns with Set & Social’s mission to create intentional, inclusive experiences with curated food and drinks.
