Set and Social Club

1. Nature of Events

Set & Social curates private, ticketed community-based experiences including dining events, social gatherings, wellness activations, and collaborative chef-driven programming. Events may include food, alcohol, and physical activity depending on format.

All events are private experiences and not public restaurant, bar, or open-access venues.

 

2. Eligibility

Guests must meet age requirements listed on individual event pages.
Events serving alcohol are strictly 21+ and require valid government-issued identification upon entry.

We reserve the right to refuse admission if age verification cannot be confirmed.

3. Assumption of Risk

By attending a Set & Social event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Consumption of food and/or alcohol

• Slips, trips, and falls

• Outdoor or rooftop environments

• Physical activity during wellness events

• Interactions with other guests

Attendance is voluntary and at your own discretion.

4. Alcohol Policy

Where alcohol is served:

• Guests must be 21+

• Guests agree to drink responsibly

• We reserve the right to refuse service at any time

• Guests assume responsibility for post-event transportation and behavior

Set & Social is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from guest intoxication.

5. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

Events may include food prepared by independent chefs and vendors.

Guests are responsible for disclosing allergies in advance.
We cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

By attending, guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with food consumption.

6. Code of Conduct

All guests must adhere to our Code of Conduct (see separate page).
We reserve the right to remove any guest without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

7. Photography & Media

Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for marketing and promotional purposes unless written notice is provided prior to the event.

8. Event Modifications & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify event details including venue, vendors, menu items, and programming as necessary.

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including weather, venue issues, government restrictions, or emergencies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Set & Social LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in events.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the event ticket.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
