As the sun dips below the Miami horizon, Set & Social invites you to unwind and reconnect at our Sunset Yoga & Sound Bath gathering. Held outdoors in a serene, open setting, this event blends gentle movement with immersive sound to leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated.
We’ll begin with a slow‑flow yoga practice guided by a certified instructor.
The sequence uses calming, grounding poses and mindful breathwork that mirror the setting sun’s energy, inviting you to ease into the evening. No prior yoga experience is needed—mats, blocks and blankets will be provided, and all levels are welcome.
